Building Manager / Object Manager Building Management (m/w/d)

We, one of the leading personnel agencies in the real estate industry, are looking for a building manager / object manager with experience for one of the leading German service providers in technical building management with modern commercial properties in the Munich area. Your potential team consists of highly professional colleagues on site.

Tasks

• You will take over the complete technical and commercial object management of the commercial portfolio in the Munich area (including Freiham).

• The leadership, coordination, and deployment planning of the local technical team is your responsibility.

• You ensure compliance with all statutory and technical regulations, occupational safety, and fire protection (operational responsibility) for the properties.

• Coordination and control of repair and renovation measures are your responsibility, including maintenance strategies and budgets.

• You set Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) in motion and participate in regular jour fixes with the client and authorities.

Qualification

• You are a civil engineer, architect, electrical engineer or have studied in the field of facility management / building technology – alternatively you come from the trades with master/technician and high organizational competence.

• You have several years of experience in technical building management or object leadership, ideally in the area of commercial properties.

• First experiences in personnel management and handling common IT programs and CAFM systems are familiar to you.

• You work pragmatically, reliably and possess a class B driver's license.
