Object Accounting (m/w/d)

Tasks
**Your Role: Accounting that thinks ahead
**
- Independent object accounting for residential properties
- Recording all ongoing business transactions, including rents, operating costs, invoices, and bank transactions
- Implementation of the payment flow and monitoring of payment streams
- Preparation of regular reports for management and property owners
- Participation in monthly and annual closings, as well as support for financial accounting
- Account reconciliation and clarification of open items
- Maintenance of object and accounting master data
- Ongoing improvement and further development of accounting processes in close cooperation with management
Qualification
What we're looking for
- Completed commercial training, ideally in real estate or accounting
- Professional experience in object accounting for residential properties, desirable
- Safe handling of accounting software and Excel
- Structured, meticulous, and self-responsible working style
- Interest in taking on responsibility step by step
- Team spirit, reliability, and a positive demeanor
