Tasks

**Your Role: Accounting that thinks ahead
**

• Independent object accounting for residential properties
• Recording all ongoing business transactions, including rents, operating costs, invoices, and bank transactions
• Implementation of the payment flow and monitoring of payment streams
• Preparation of regular reports for management and property owners
• Participation in monthly and annual closings, as well as support for financial accounting
• Account reconciliation and clarification of open items
• Maintenance of object and accounting master data
• Ongoing improvement and further development of accounting processes in close cooperation with management

Qualification

What we're looking for

• Completed commercial training, ideally in real estate or accounting
• Professional experience in object accounting for residential properties, desirable
• Safe handling of accounting software and Excel
• Structured, meticulous, and self-responsible working style
• Interest in taking on responsibility step by step
• Team spirit, reliability, and a positive demeanor

In the first step, we conduct an online application interview to get to know each other and clarify open questions. If it's a good fit for both sides, the second step is a personal interview on site at our office in Munich.
