Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)

A medium-sized housing company with its headquarters in Düsseldorf, which prioritizes the interests of tenants and owners. Since the 1960s, the company has successfully managed property administrations for third parties and managed residential properties as well as rental apartments.

We are looking for a colleague to join our accounting team. In addition to preparing housekeeping or operating expense statements, you will be responsible for managing rent and WEG accounts, processing payments, and calculating the GVA. Tasks

• Preparation of housekeeping or operating expense statements
• Rent and WEG accounting including caution, settlements, booking of business plans, debt collection, etc.
• Preparation of heating cost statements
• Verification and processing of payments
• Contact person for tenants, owners, and external service providers
• Accounting clarification and corrections

Qualification

• Successful completion of a commercial training program
• Well-developed numerical understanding and experience in dealing with accounting connections
• Experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not necessarily required
• Self-motivated, structured, and meticulous working style
• Pleasure in interacting with people
