Object Care
You will work in our 'Portfolio Management' department within the 'Customer Center'. The department ensures customer support for all questions arising from the initiation of a rental agreement to its termination.
Your main tasks:
Surety of presence in residential buildings
Surety of cleanliness within residential buildings, including control of companies and completion of housekeeping tasks
Control of companies for lawn care, building cleaning, and removal of snow and ice
Pursuit of tenant inquiries or forwarding to Customer Center/Facilities/Experts
Execution of defect repairs in and around buildings or forwarding to Customer Center/Facilities/Experts
Organization and execution of bulk waste disposal
Your qualification:
Occupation-specific vocational/technical training or comparable qualification
Professional experience in object care
Experience in the housing industry
IT knowledge (Microsoft 365)
Class B driver's license
