• Independent management of the assigned property with regular coordination meetings and direct on-site customer contact
• Control and monitoring of all technical services, as well as commissioning and inspection of external services
• Planning and implementation of quality improvements and compliance with all operator obligations and contractual specifications
• Quick identification and resolution of faults and defects to ensure smooth operations
• Conducting regular property inspections to identify, report, and manage necessary maintenance measures

• Completed degree (Diploma/Master) in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, Facility Management, or comparable
• In-depth professional experience in Facility Management or technical building management
• Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems
• Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines as well as commercial understanding
• Service orientation, independent working style, and organizational skills
• Fluent German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B1)
• Driver's license class B desirable
