• Taking over object responsibility
• Technical management of the personnel deployed on-site
• Minimizing downtime through proactive measures to ensure smooth building operations
• Budget planning and control
• Coordination and supervision of third-party services
• Documentation of performed maintenance and repair work, as well as regular reports on building condition

• Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering (Dipl./Ing.)
• Professional experience in Facility Management, ideally in a similar role
• Experience in energy management
• Business administration knowledge required
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office is an advantage
• Communicative German language skills (at least B2)
• Driver's license class B required
