For our customer in the region, we are looking for a: Building Technology Caretaker (m/w/d) 80-100% Zurich Your challenge - Leadership of a team of 5-10 employees in the HLKSE area - Administration and updating of building technical installations as well as planning of maintenance work - Coordination of job orders via the ticket system and customer consulting - Obtaining tenders, coordination of third-party companies and support for technical projects - Ordering materials and processing technical invoices - Participation in shift planning and maintenance of shift documentation Your expertise - Completed vocational training with EFZ as an electrician or in the HLKSE area - At least two years of professional experience in a comparable technical position, ideally with leadership experience - Good user knowledge of MS Office as well as openness to company-specific software - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good spoken English - Strong sense of service orientation and high quality standards - Self-reliant, structured, and engaged working style - Impeccable reputation (current extract from the criminal and disciplinary register required) Your perspective: - A lot of self-responsibility and clear structures - Reliable and serious work environment - Working with modern programs and internal tools - Exciting task in a technical professional field Marcel Fladrich will be happy to provide you with further information about this position.
