Employment Type: Full-time

• Responsible for the professional and flawless operational flow of the multi-purpose arena concerning cleaning and outdoor area maintenance services
• Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
• Personnel management of the core team of two directly subordinate employees and up to 30 directly subordinate event cleaners
• Work deployment planning of event cleaners in the indoor and outdoor areas of the stadium on match days of the ZSC Lions and other events
• Conducting internal quality controls, responsible for continuous process optimization, and implementing ISS standards
• Active support of the management team in other mandates during the off-season (May to August)
• Garden maintenance and winter service

• Completed vocational training in the field of cleaning, facility management, gastronomy, or hotel industry. Further training in facility management, commercial area, and/or event management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience (including management and planning of employees)
• Willingness to regularly work evenings and weekends for approx. 50 events per year
• Very good German skills and knowledge of Spanish or Italian are an advantage
• MS Office user skills
• Driver's license category B1
