Do you ensure safety at locations of national importance?

As an Object Security Guard at a Defense location, you contribute to the safety of the Netherlands. You work in an environment where safety, alertness, and responsibility are central. Not a standard object service, but a role where your professional attitude and sharp observation skills make a difference every day.

What will you do?

• Perform access controls and searches;
• Receive, register, and direct visitors, employees, and suppliers;
• Conduct patrol rounds of buildings and grounds;
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures;
• Identify deviant situations and security risks;
• Key management;
• Perform reception and telephone duties;
• Assist with incidents and emergencies;
• Perform basic control room tasks where necessary.

You work according to clear procedures, but you also know when a situation requires independent action and professional judgment.

In addition, you have:

• Diploma Security Guard 2.
• Experience with access control and security procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Stress resistance and decisiveness.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Basic English skills to communicate with visitors, colleagues, and emergency services.
• An integrity and professional work ethic.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts.
• Driver's license B.
• A current Declaration of No Objection (VGB-B) or the possibility to obtain one.
