You will:

• oversee and manage the objects assigned to you and ensure that our parking garages are properly operated
• take care of comprehensive sales, cost, and quality management
• be the first point of contact for our contract partners on site
• lead your team on site, create schedules, and take care of motivation, coordination, and development of the team
• monitor and maintain the parking payment system and lighting, and repair minor issues as needed
• take over information management, including research, procurement, preparation, transmission, and administration of information
• perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases and managing files

You have:

• a completed commercial or technical education, ideally with initial industry knowledge
• technical skills for handling our processes
• communication strength and a friendly and convincing appearance
• a high team, success, and solution-oriented mindset and are willing to work shifts
• a secure handling of common MS Office programs
• very good German language skills
• a Class 3/B driver's license
