Tasks

• You will lead construction sites with a project volume of up to 3 million € independently and responsibly in the Landshut and Munich area.
• You will coordinate installers, teams, and subcontractors on your construction sites.
• You will take over personnel responsibility for construction site teams.
• You will manage materials and ensure a smooth construction site workflow.
• You will prepare daily reports and progress reports.
• You will synchronize with site management and project leadership every day.
• You will support on-site as needed and take an active role yourself.

Qualification

• You have completed a vocational training as a heating engineer, sanitation installer, or in a comparable SHK profession.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an Obermonteur or alternatively about 5 years of professional experience as a customer service installer in the SHK sector with the goal of taking the next career step.
• You possess German language skills on at least B2 level.
• You hold a class B driver's license.
