As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Foreman (m/f/d) as an HVAC Site Manager for our location in Eppelheim.
Responsibilities
- Work preparation and quality-assured, safety-compliant site execution
- Personnel management of 2-4 of your own employees
- Material ordering
- Preparation of additional claims and supplementary work
- Creation of measurements and determination of performance status
- Participation in site meetings
Profile
- Training as a mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology or gas and water installer
- Several years of professional experience
- Initial leadership experience
- Organizational and communication skills
- Teamwork ability, commitment, and motivation
- Hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach
- Car driver's license
