Foreman Heating Technology - Site Management / SHK (m/f/d)

H. Maurer GmbH & Co. KG, based in Schramberg-Sulgen, is a specialist company for heating, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. We are experts in ecologically and economically sensible heating systems, beautiful bathrooms, and specialized technical building equipment for industrial and commercial construction. The family business was founded in 1933 by Hermann Maurer and is today managed in the third generation by brothers Clemens and Tobias Maurer.
Responsibilities

• You will lead and coordinate construction sites with approximately two to six fitters
• You will develop and install suitable heating solutions for commercial and private customers
• You will conduct site meetings with architects and clients
• You will prepare projects based on specifications and drawings and order the necessary materials
• You will carry out documentation, from order documentation to acceptance
• You will guide apprentices to independently handle project work and customer orders

Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a systems mechanic SHK, heating installer, service technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
• You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a (foreman) fitter (m/f/d)
• You have good German language skills at C1 level
• You have a valid driver's license class B
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of control and regulation technology and IT
• You present yourself in a friendly and confident manner and enjoy your profession as well as innovative sanitary and heating technology
• You work in a quality-oriented and independent manner
• You are a team player (m/f/d) with good communication skills
