Foreman / Site Manager (m/f/d) in Plant and Piping Construction

We are KB Anlagenbau, part of the KÖGEL group of companies since 2020, and we serve demanding customer projects in plant and piping construction. Our team is growing and is looking for more experts and solution finders:

Tasks

YOUR MISSION: DELIVER QUALITY

• Team Leadership: You are in charge on the construction site, coordinate processes, and implement the project manager's specifications – always with a focus on quality, deadlines, and safety.
• Communication: As the link between project management, clients, and subcontractors, you ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done and pulls together with you.
• Reporting: You document the construction progress, thus ensuring transparent, traceable site documentation.
• Logistics: You plan ahead and ensure that materials, equipment, and personnel are at the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE: TECHNICAL EXPERTISE MEETS CAN-DO MENTALITY

• Qualification: You have completed vocational training, e.g., as a plant mechanic, pipe fitter, industrial mechanic, locksmith, or metal worker – ideally with a master craftsman or technician qualification.
• Work Experience: You are at home in plant or piping construction and have enough experience to successfully lead a construction site team.
• Technical Understanding: You can confidently read technical drawings and isometrics and have knowledge of common welding processes and the assembly procedures for piping systems.
• Work Ethic: You approach tasks proactively and solution-oriented and impress with forward-thinking.
• Communication Style: You communicate openly, transparently, and at eye level – clearly, appreciatively, and bindingly.
