We specialize in the development and production of low-voltage switchgear, electrical turnout heating systems for rail traffic, and safe power supply in hospitals. Your Responsibilities
For our construction sites throughout Germany, we are looking for dedicated and travel-ready foremen / construction managers (m/f/d):
- Leading assembly teams nationwide (project start always at the Grimma site)
- Personnel management and technical supervision of services rendered
- Documentation of work performed and preparation for internal billing (creating measurements, etc.)
- Adherence to construction plans and participation in site meetings
- Electrical connection and commissioning of switchgear and control systems from our railway product sector
- This includes, among others, low-voltage distribution systems, turnout heaters, or cable, lighting, and earthing systems
- Cable routing expansion and cable laying, troubleshooting, and repair
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Qualifications as a foreman
- at least 2 years of professional experience in the mentioned field
- Responsible and entrepreneurial thinking
- Reliability and organizational skills
- Confident customer interaction and employee leadership
- Willingness to travel nationwide (project start always at the Grimma site)
