• Independent execution of construction projects in civil engineering, taking into account economic and technical objectives
• Involvement in acquisition as well as bid and negotiation strategy
• Development and implementation of ideas to improve market position
• Further developing cooperation with technical departments (BIM, LEAN, etc.)
• Monitoring the implementation of occupational safety and quality requirements of the area on construction sites
• Control of construction progress and site results for multiple construction projects
• Personnel planning and management of project and site management
• Conducting negotiations with clients, authorities, planners, and subcontractors
• Preparation and enforcement of supplementary claims

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering
• Several years of professional experience in responsible site management of construction sites in civil engineering and infrastructure construction
• Very good knowledge of construction-specific legislation (e.g., VOB, BGB)
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office and iTWO
• Ideally, you are willing to travel within Northern Germany. Furthermore, if interested, exciting opportunities will open up for you in projects throughout Germany
• Independent, committed, and systematic way of working, as well as negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, initiative, and team spirit
• Management experience, assertiveness, negotiation skills
