Job description
Your Responsibilities
- Independent execution of construction projects in the structural shell
- Preparation of construction projects and creation of construction schedules
- Coordination and negotiation with clients and subcontractors
- Control, acceptance, and billing of subcontractor services
- Management and deployment planning of the construction management team
- Technical acceptance of services on site
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- At least five years of professional experience, ideally on large construction sites in the structural shell sector
- Team- and customer-oriented way of working
- High degree of care, reliability, commitment, and engagement
- Fluent language skills in speaking and writing
