Aufgaben

* The core of your task is self-employed leadership, coordination, and control of subordinate site managers and polishers, including subcontractors* * Meanwhile, you are responsible for the management and supervision of deep and road construction projects* * You take over the coordination of construction workflows on-site and ensure compliance with schedule and budget targets* * You monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards* * You control site quality and documentation of project progress* * You communicate and coordinate with clients, planners, and other project participants* * You prepare reports, estimates, and settlements and support calculation and subsequent calculations* * Professionally, you will be developed further through our internal REIF GROUP ACADEMY for the next career stages.*

Qualifikation

* You have a completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical education (building technician, civil engineer)* * You have several years of experience in staff management and project leadership* * You have fundamental knowledge of road and deep construction, especially asphalt construction, and good knowledge of contract law* * You have good knowledge of software for building management and MS Office. Knowledge of BRZ is an advantage* * You convince with reliability, team spirit, and a strong strategic thinking ability*
