We are looking for a senior physician to lead the medical-therapeutic treatment of mentally ill older adults at our Winterthur location.

Senior Physician / Medical Director 80%

• Leadership of the medical-therapeutic treatment of mentally ill older adults, usually in retirement age or with age-related diseases
• Implementation of advanced treatment concepts and active shaping and networking of the offer
• Participation in the Mobile Team (treatment at home) in an interprofessional team
• Consultative and liaison services in old-age and care centers
• Leadership of assistant physicians
• Integrative therapeutic work in an interprofessional team and provision of outpatient background service
• Leading one's own outpatient consultation hour

• Completed specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced specialist training, preferably with a focus on geriatric psychiatry and psychotherapy, as well as good somatic knowledge specific to aging
• A team-oriented, resilient, and reflective personality with good relationship and communication skills
• Very good German language skills (Level C1)
• CH or EU medical diploma with registration in the MEBEKO register
• Category B driving license
