Annually, over 400 employees care for around 4,000 patients in the acute and rehabilitation sectors. The clinic offers highly specialized treatments based on an integrative-behavioral medicine concept and works in interdisciplinary teams. Furthermore, it has its own training institute for specialist medical and psychotherapeutic training and further education.

Your Tasks - Here's what you can look forward to

• Responsible Treatment Management: You will take on the professional leadership of complex psychotherapeutic and psychosomatic treatments and bear the senior physician responsibility for the patients assigned to you.
• Professional Senior Physician Activity: You will shape diagnostic and therapeutic processes at a high professional level and ensure guideline-compliant care.
• Structured Team Leadership: You will lead your interdisciplinary team with appreciation and a focus on goals, and foster constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Supervision and Personal Development: Through regular supervision, case discussions, and close exchange with experienced colleagues, you will be specifically supported in your professional and personal development.

Your Profile - This is what we wish for

• You are a specialist physician for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• You have experience in treatment management, assume senior physician responsibility, and possess leadership competence in managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Ideally, you have a special interest in the areas of personality disorders, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorders, and wish to further deepen and shape these professionally.
• An empathetic and appreciative demeanor, initiative, and open communication complete your profile.
