The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central provider of specialized care in Schleswig-Holstein and has been part of the nationwide Schön Klinik Group since 2023. With over 1,800 employees, around 80,000 patients are treated annually in 22 specialized centers and three day clinics. Specialties include Neurology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery, and Psychiatry. At Schön Klinik Eckernförde near Kiel, around 250 employees provide inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient care for patients. Since mid-2023, the clinic has belonged to the nationwide Schön Klinik Group and specializes in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Pain Medicine, Diabetology, and Gastroenterology.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Physician (m/f/d) for our psychiatric day clinics at the Rendsburg and Eckernförde locations. Be part of our mission for high-quality, patient-centered care.

Your Responsibilities – What you can look forward to

• Senior Physician Responsibility: You will gradually take on senior physician responsibility for the day clinics and will be specifically developed into this role.
• Empathetic Patient Care: You will be involved in senior physician on-call services and contribute to the continuous care of patients.
• Colleague Support & Teaching: You will enthusiastically and dedicatedly supervise physicians in training and medical students doing internships, providing them with professional and personal support.

Your Profile – What we are looking for

• You have successfully completed your training as a Specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (m/f/d).
• Furthermore, you have prior experience and sound knowledge in biological, psychotherapeutic, and socio-medical procedures.
• Resilience, a sense of responsibility, and organizational skills characterize your work approach.
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and are happy to work in a modern, patient-oriented psychiatry.
