The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: * Development and implementation of clinical concepts and treatment guidelines * Participation in interdisciplinary teams and committees * Collaboration with other departments and institutions * Contribution to the development of new treatments and therapies * Representation of the hospital association in national and international professional organizations * Participation in the training and education of junior physicians and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: * Medical degree (Dr. med.) * Specialization in Internal Medicine / Hematology / Oncology * Several years of experience in a leading position * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work in a team and lead interdisciplinary teams * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality patient care.
