Miejsce pracy: Opole Technologies we use Expected M365 Your responsibilities Team Lead of M365/O365 run operation team Client facing SME for M365 / O365 topics - close collaboration with the clients executing/consulting complex changes involvement in migrations or upgrades review and contribution in high level design documents ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards keeping SLA's and KPI's in the agreed threshold identifying automation opportunities even if it means rethinking current workflows, processes and tools. This role requires strong understanding of M365/O365 capabilities and limitations, as well as ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft 365 suite, specifically SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Power Apps. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Graph API, and other related technologies.
