Your Tasks

As an online shop started, we are now growing far beyond our borders and with us, our internal processes are continuously evolving. In the Order to Cash Team, you ensure that every order from receipt of the order to payment is processed smoothly and efficiently. You combine precision with service orientation and actively contribute to a outstanding customer experience. Support us with your organizational talent, structured working style, and passion for smooth processes and shape together with us the processes behind one of Germany's most exciting food companies.

• You maintain and manage the Customer Master Data, ensuring complete, correct, and up-to-date customer information.
• You process the Billing and Settlement Process in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
• You oversee the Deductions & Dispute Management, identify deductions and discrepancies, and coordinate their processing with relevant departments.
• You accompany the Order Fulfillment & Shipping Process, ensure timely deliveries, and support optimizing processes.
• You work with Procuros to automate and simplify order and procurement processes.
• You use Business Central to efficiently manage orders, invoices, and customer data, ensuring process quality.

Your Profile

• You have a completed vocational training or degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• You bring over two years of experience in Order to Cash, accounting, or customer master data management.
• You live in Berlin or are willing to move to Berlin for your new position.
• You speak German and English fluently; you also have a good command of French.
• You work precisely and organized, maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment, and set priorities securely.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, a high degree of detail orientation, and a strong service orientation when dealing with internal and external partners.
• You already have experience with an ERP System and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
