An exciting opportunity has become available within the Corporate NZ Finance Team for a Corporate Accountant. This role offers the chance to broaden your commercial finance experience while working closely with Corporate leadership teams. You'll play a key role in financial reporting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and driving innovation through AI and automation across our finance function.

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Support the delivery of monthly financial results, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate NZ to provide reporting and business insights
• Assist with budget, forecast, and cashflow processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, AI, and reporting efficiency
• Contribute to projects that support the growth and success of the Corporate business

About you. Mō koe

• CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified (or working towards completion)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and controls
• Able to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders
• Curious mindset with a desire to improve processes and embrace new technology
• Demonstrates Flight Centre's values and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve business outcomes
