NZ Assistant Store Manager

From leading daily operations to fostering a collaborative team environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As part of our management team, you will be responsible for: • Leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability • Maintaining a deep understanding of the store’s operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and opportunities for improvement • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention • Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge • Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances If you have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
