Job Objective
Provide nutritional support and guidance to patients undergoing treatment with Dutide-semaglutida in the management of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, weight control, and metabolism, through telephone attention and remote follow-up, ensuring an empathetic, professional, and results-oriented experience.

Provide nutritional support and guidance to patients undergoing treatment with Dutide-semaglutida in the management of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, weight control, and metabolism, through telephone attention and remote follow-up, ensuring an empathetic, professional, and results-oriented experience.
Main Functions
- Provide patient care and follow-up via call center.
- Offer basic nutritional guidance and support during treatment.
- Solve doubts related to eating habits, adherence, and overall well-being of the patient.
- Register patient information and evolution in internal systems.
- Monitor patients periodically to track progress and treatment compliance.
- Escalate special cases or medical alerts to the corresponding team.
- Maintain cordial, clear, and empathetic communication with patients.
- Empathy and patient orientation.
- Good verbal communication.
- Decision-making.
- Resilience and emotional management.
- Organization and process follow-up.
- Able to work under protocols.
- University degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related fields.
- Basic digital tool management and attention platform.
