Your role as Nursing Specialist

• You develop treatment plans and provide guidance where needed, in coordination with your multidisciplinary team.
• You conduct case management and monitors the quality and progress of care.
• You actively contributes to the development of treatment policy within your department.
• You coaches colleagues and contributes to expertise development within the team.
• You works together with chain partners, such as reclassification and judicial institutions.

Your work location You will be working within a forensic psychiatric clinic. They treat clients who have come into contact with justice due to their psychiatric problems. They work multidisciplinary, with an eye for safety and recovery. What makes your workplace unique: they look together with you where your strength lies and which department or role fits - whether that's more treatment-oriented, coaching or innovative.

• You are registered as a Nursing Specialist;
• You have experience with complex target groups, preferably within forensic psychiatry;
• You dare to take the lead in treatment decisions and team processes;
• You are communicatively strong and can switch between different stakeholders;
• You can handle resistance and has an eye for safety and cooperation;
• You are reflective and like to develop yourself further;
• You contributes to a safe, open and professional work environment.
