In the name of an established provider in the field of stationary elderly care, we are looking for a committed Nursing Service Leader (m/w/d) for permanent employment at Bad Dürrenberg.
Your tasks: Professional & organizational leadership of the nursing service
Safety assurance of nursing quality & compliance with statutory regulations
Staff management, planning, and development
Communication with relatives, doctors, & authorities
Implementation of a modern nursing & quality management
Your qualifications: Completed further education to Nursing Service Leader according to §71 SGB XI
Leadership experience in stationary elderly care desirable
High professional & social competence
Organizational talent & leadership strength
Empathy, sense of responsibility, & teamwork
