On behalf of a well-established provider in the field of stationary elderly care, we are looking for an engaged Nursing Service Leader (m/w/d) for a permanent position at Bönen.
Your tasks: Professional & organizational leadership of the nursing service
Safeguarding the quality of care and compliance with statutory regulations
Staff management, planning, and development
Communication with relatives, doctors, and authorities
Implementation of modern nursing and quality management
Your qualification: Completed further education to Nursing Service Leader according to §71 SGB XI
Leadership experience in stationary elderly care is desirable
High professional and social competence
Organizational talent & leadership strength
Sympathy, sense of responsibility & team spirit
