In the name of a well-established provider in the field of stationary elderly care, we are looking for an engaged Nursing Service Leader (m/w/d) for permanent employment at Celle.
Your tasks: Professional & organizational leadership of the nursing service
Ensuring the quality of care and compliance with statutory regulations
Staff management, planning, and development
Communication with relatives, doctors, and authorities
Implementation of a modern nursing and quality management
Your qualifications: Completed further education to Nursing Service Leader according to §71 SGB XI
Leadership experience in stationary elderly care is desirable
High professional and social competence
Organizational talent & leadership strength
Empathy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
