Nursing Quality Care Manager

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking Nursing Quality Care Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. Responsibilities: Ensure that all healthcare objectives of the hospital are met. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information; responding to requests, building rapport, and participating in team problem-solving methods. Conduct weekly meetings with the catering service to discuss residents’ diets, requests, and grievances. Facilitate continued communication between healthcare professionals and other stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and updates. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality care initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, reduce readmissions, and enhance overall quality of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address gaps in care delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to healthcare quality. Provide guidance and support to staff members on quality care initiatives and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Facilitate continued education and training for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality care delivery. Provide leadership and direction to the quality care team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality care initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
