Personnel management, development, and deployment planning
Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and family members
Implementation of current legal requirements and standards
Participation in the strategic further development of the facility
Your profile: Education in geriatric or healthcare and nursing care
Further education to Nursing Leadership (§ 71 SGB XI)
At least two years of leadership experience in stationary care
Empathetic and structured personality with leadership competence
Safe handling of nursing documentation & quality management
