Your tasks:

• Steering and securing the quality of care in the house
• Fostering, motivating & developing the nursing team
• Scheduling and planning services under consideration of statutory regulations
• Serving as a contact person for residents, relatives & external partners
• Implementing current care and quality standards

Your qualifications:

• A recognition as Nursing Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
• Completed training in gerontology or healthcare & nursing
• At least two years of experience as a Nursing Leadership
• Organizational skills & communication strength
• Good knowledge of care and quality management
