On behalf of a renowned seniors' home in the Meinerzhagen area, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic Nursing Leadership (m/w/d).


Your tasks: Steering and securing nursing quality in the house
Leadership, motivation & development of the nursing team
Service and deployment planning considering statutory regulations
Contact person for residents, relatives & external partners
Implementation of current nursing and quality standards
Your qualification: Recognition as Nursing Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in gerontology or healthcare & nursing
At least two years' experience as a Nursing Leadership
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of nursing and quality management
