- Supervision and assurance of the quality of care in the house
- Leadership, motivation & development of the nursing team
- Service and deployment planning taking into account statutory regulations
- Point of contact for residents, relatives & external partners
- Implementation of current care and quality standards
- Your qualification: Recognition as Nursing Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
- Completed training in gerontology or healthcare & nursing
- At least two years' experience as a Nursing Leadership
- Organizational skills & communication strength
- Good knowledge of care and quality management
