Your tasks:
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung für Mitarbeitende
  • Kommunikation mit Einrichtungsleitung, Angehörigen und Ärzten
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben & Qualitätsstandards

Your qualifications:

  • Completed education in gerontology or nursing
  • At least two years of experience as a Nursing Leadership
