Your tasks: Responsibility for high-quality care and continuous process development
Professional and human leadership of the nursing team with a focus on motivation, development, and cohesion
Efficient service and deployment planning, aligned with resident needs and legal requirements
Reliable point of contact for residents, relatives, and cooperation partners
Ensuring and implementing current care, hygiene, and quality standards in daily practice
Your qualification: Recognition as a responsible nursing professional according to § 71 SGB XI
Completed training in gerontology or health and nursing care
Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally as nursing leadership
Developed organizational skills and clear, respectful communication
Secure handling of care and quality management systems, as well as relevant legal regulations
