Your tasks: Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary nursing team for optimal patient care
Guaranteeing individualized and high-quality care according to current standards
Taking responsibility for planning, structuring, and continuous improvement of care processes
Monitoring the care budget and steering costs within financial guidelines
Efficient coordination and cooperation with doctors, therapists, and family members for comprehensive care
Your qualification: Successfully completed training in geriatric nursing or healthcare and nursing
Completed further education in nursing leadership or comparable qualification
Multiple years of practical experience in stationary care, preferably with leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory provisions and quality standards in the healthcare sector
Strong leadership qualities with pronounced social competence and communication skills
