For a well-known seniors' home in the Gauting area, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic nursing leadership (m/w/d) who sets fresh impulses with heart and competence.
Your tasks: Ensuring and developing the quality of care in the house
Leadership, motivation, and promotion of the care team
Service and deployment planning according to statutory regulations
Trustworthy point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
Implementation of current care and quality standards
Your qualification: Recognition as nursing leadership according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in gerontology or health and nursing care
At least two years of experience as a nursing leader
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of care and quality management
