Führung, Motivation & Development of the nursing team
Scheduling and planning of services under consideration of statutory regulations
Point of contact for residents, relatives & external partners
Implementation of current care and quality standards
Your qualification: Recognition as Nursing Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in geriatric or healthcare & nursing care
At least two years' experience as a Nursing Leadership
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of care and quality management
