Your tasks: Leading the nursing team and ensuring the quality of care
Scheduling and planning for staff and services
Communication with management, family members, and doctors
Implementing legal requirements and quality standards
Your qualifications: Completed training in gerontology or healthcare
Further education to Nursing Home Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
At least two years' experience as a Nursing Home Leader
Organizational talent, empathy, and assertiveness
