Auxiliary Nurse Practitioner Position Description

Position Description Your role within our team will be to ensure continuity of operations in our various clinics by replacing absences or unexpected needs. As an auxiliary nurse practitioner, you will be called upon to intervene in various environments and support local teams both clinically and administratively. Main responsibilities: Perform venous punctures and other samplings according to established protocols Offer a comforting presence to patients Provide assistance with patient care tasks such as vital sign monitoring and documentation Participate in the development of individualized care plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care Provide emotional support to patients and their families Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and tests Provide information and education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment options Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
