The tasks you'll perform in the Operations Service at Manpower Medical: Skilled care and nursing of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
Assistance with surgical interventions and operation of medical-technical equipment
Instrumentation and spring activities in the OR
Preparation and post-operative cleaning of the OR under hygiene regulations
Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
The skills you bring as a Nursing Assistant: Completed training as a Health and Nursing Assistant (m/w/d) with specialization in Operations Service or equivalent qualification
Ideally, some experience in the OP area (entry-level professionals are also welcome!)
Teamwork, reliability, and stress tolerance
Sense of responsibility and structured work approach
Willingness to shift work
