Nursing Assistant for Geriatric Unit D51 (m/f/x)
Job description
- Tasks relevant to the nursing assistant's list in different acute and non-acute hospital services.
- Tasks relevant to the nursing assistant's list adapted to services with a high patient turnover.
- To perform basic care according to established nurse instructions, including observing patients' physical, psychological, and psycho-social situations, assisting with nutrition and hydration, maintaining hygiene, assisting with elimination, mobilization, and daily living activities.
- To perform delegated care as prescribed by law, including taking vital signs and physical parameters, observing relevant patient information, and providing specific care such as pressure ulcer prevention and nutritional support.
- To welcome, accompany, inform, and participate in patient education within the limits of one's function.
- To contribute to patient and family psychosocial support.
