We are looking for a nursing assistant or AMP/AES H/F on behalf of a FAM welcoming adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, for a full-time position with a rolling schedule from day to day. In this establishment, you (the) professional will actively contribute to stimulating subjects in an environment that values social engagement, inclusion, diversity, and individual efforts.

In joining this medicalized reception center, you will actively contribute to the well-being of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder welcomed. - Ensure daily care for residents and respond to their individual needs - Accompany residents in daily life activities to promote autonomy - Participate in the development and implementation of personalized projects with a multidisciplinary team - Observe and monitor the health status of residents, reporting all imperative changes - Maintain a clean and secure environment to ensure comfort and safety of residents - Contract: Full-time CDI, day shift, available as soon as possible - Salary according to collective agreement: minimum 13 euros/hour + seniority

You are a Nursing Assistant or AMP/AES seeking to accompany adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. - Minimum one year of experience as a Nursing Assistant, AMP, or AES - State diploma required - Excellent listening and empathy skills - Patience and benevolence in daily interactions - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various professionals
