What enriching perspectives does the Nursing Assistant (F/H) in HAD position offer for you?

In the context of a home hospitalization establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily well-being of patients through attentive care. - Realize patients' daily toilet needs, whether in bed or at the shower, and assist them with dressing and undressing - Ensure patient comfort by helping them during lifts and coucher times while verifying equipment installation - Observe patients' clinical signs attentively and alert the nurse coordinator if there is a change in their health status - Participate actively in medical and administrative tasks by keeping care records up to date and contributing to transmissions - Regularly exchange with patients to understand and respond to their specific needs within an adapted home care framework

For this position, you benefit from:

As a Nursing Assistant (F/H) in HAD, you must demonstrate rigor, compassion, and competence in accompanying patients.

- Mastery of toilet and dressing techniques to ensure daily hygiene for patients - Ability to guarantee patient comfort and safety during lifts, coucher times, and installations - Clinical vigilance to observe and signal any alteration in patients' health status - Competence in medical record management with active participation in transmissions - Aptitude to dialogue with benevolence to understand and respond to patients' specific needs
