By joining our home care establishment, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients daily. - Realize patients' daily toilet needs, whether in bed or at the shower, and assist them with dressing and undressing - Ensure patient comfort by helping them during wake-up and bedtime while checking the correct installation of equipment - Observe patients' clinical signs attentively and alert the nurse coordinator if there is a change in their health status - Actively participate in medical and administrative tasks by keeping care records up-to-date and contributing to transmissions - Regularly exchange with patients to understand and respond to their specific needs within an adapted home care framework.
