In the context of an overnight schedule, you will contribute to the well-being of residents within a medical-social establishment. - Ensure resident surveillance to guarantee their safety and comfort throughout the night - Participate in hygiene and comfort care for residents while respecting their individual needs - Collaborate with the medical team to follow up on the evolution of residents' health status and adapt necessary interventions
