- Ensure hygiene and physical comfort of residents
- Participate in identifying resident needs with the medical team
- Help with mealtime
- Contribute to resident well-being through reassuring presence
- Participate in setting up personalized care projects.

Here are the details of this job offer:

- Contract: Full-time CDD
- Duration: 6 months renewable and evolving
- Hours: 7 hours or 10 hours a day
- Salary: From €12.10 per hour based on seniority (at diploma level)

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant (F/H) with initial experience, ready to work variable hours in an Elderly Care Establishment. The required skills are:

- Hold a State Diploma of Nursing Assistant or significant experience in the role
- Flexibility in adapting to variable hours
- Ability to work as part of a team respecting establishment procedures
- Patience, kindness, and empathy towards elderly people.
